1.2. Algarve Sensations is a registered operator under Portuguese law RNAAT 558/2020, offering guided tours and experiences in the Algarve region. Some services are bought through third-party partners, including those booked via platforms like Bokun.
1.3. By accessing the website or booking a service, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or book any services.
2. Bookings and Payments
2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Algarve Sensations or its third-party partners.
2.2. Bookings made through the website or third-party platforms like Bokun require full payment or a deposit as specified at the time of booking.
2.3. Prices are final and quoted in Euros (€). Algarve Sensations reserves the right to modify prices on the website and its partners without prior notice due to changes in costs or taxes. This do not affect services bought prior to these eventual price modifications.
2.4. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Algarve Sensations is not responsible for issues arising from payment processing errors by third parties.
2.5. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all group members are aware of and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Cancellations by the customer are subject to the following penalties:
Up to 24 hours before the activity: Full refund.
Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% penalty (no refund).
3.2. Algarve Sensations reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to weather conditions, insufficient participants, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
3.3. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within the refunds policy in which third-party payment platform was used, to the original payment method.
3.4. For bookings made through third-party platforms like Bokun, the platform’s cancellation policies may apply in addition to these terms.
4. Tour and Experience Conditions
4.1. All participants must attend to the departure location specified in each tour 10 minutes prior to departure and comply with safety instructions provided by guides or staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the activity without a refund.
4.2. Some activities may have specific health, fitness, or age requirements. Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet these requirements and informing Algarve Sensations of any relevant conditions (e.g., medical issues, pregnancy, or children under 13) at the time of booking.
4.3. Activities such as visits to caves or water-based tours are subject to favorable sea and weather conditions. Algarve Sensations is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to unsafe conditions, and no refunds will be provided in such cases unless specified.
4.4. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
4.5. Algarve Sensations is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during activities. Customers are advised to secure their belongings appropriately. No travel volume ludgage are admited to the tour.
5. Insurance
5.1. All tours and experiences are covered by mandatory liability insurance as required by Portuguese law.
5.2. Customers are responsible for their own travel, medical, or cancellation insurance. Algarve Sensations does not provide coverage for personal injuries, damages, or losses unless caused by gross negligence on

6. Privacy and Data Protection
